TICKETS & PERSONALISATION

TICKETS

Supremacy Classics is completely sold out. Be aware of scammers - Ticketswap is our only official reseller.

PERSONALISATION

Important: Your ticket must be personalised before January 24th. After placing your order, you will receive both a confirmation email and a personalisation email. Click 'My Order' in the personalisation email to get started.

How to personalise:

  1. Log into your account (or create one)
  2. Personalise your ticket
  3. Use the 'Invite' button to send links to friends
  4. Each person claims their own ticket (one ticket per account)

Bought multiple tickets? Only one ticket can be claimed per person. The main buyer must share invite links with each guest, who then personalise their own tickets. The main buyer can share links by going to the order overview and clicking the 'Invite' button. A link will appear which can then be shared. They can then use this link to personalise their own ticket.

Once all tickets in the order have been successfully personalised, a confirmation email will be sent to the main buyer.

WHEN WILL TICKETS ARRIVE?

You can download your tickets from January 21st at 09:00 AM CET after going to ‘My Order’ in your personalisation email, but only after all tickets in the order have been personalised.

WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?

Then please fill in this form on the website of our ticketing partner BLEEP so they can assist you further.

WRONG NAME ON A TICKET?

The main buyer can depersonalise and reassign tickets via the order overview. Navigate to the order overview via the 'My Order' button in your personalisation email. Click on the 'depersonalise' button next to the ticket where you want to change the details from. Check the guide for more info.

MISSING EMAILS?

You should receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email
  • Personalisation Email

If you haven't received a personalisation email, please contact us via info@artofdance.nl and mention the order number, full name, and email address of the main buyer. Then we will make sure you receive a new link to personalise your ticket(s).

SELLING YOUR TICKET(S)

The main buyer can resell the tickets via TicketSwap. Go to the order overview by clicking the 'My Order' button in your personalisation email. Then, click the 'Swap' button next to the ticket you wish to sell.

Your ticket will be automatically uploaded to TicketSwap, where the buyer's details will replace the original information on the ticket.

Valid ID: driver's license, passport, or ID card (18+)
Your personalised ticket (digital or printed)
Cash or debit/credit card for tokens
Hearing protection

Also allowed: deodorant (roll-on only), empty water bags, crutches, Bepanthen, gum, e-cigarettes/vapes (sealed refills only), medicines (upon presentation of a doctor’s prescription)

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Liquids, food or drinks
Sharp or dangerous objects
Selfie sticks longer than 1 m
Umbrellas
Drugs (zero tolerance policy)
Professional recording equipment (without a media pass, contact press@artofdance.nl for press inquiries)

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Jaarbeurs is a 5-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. Plan your journey via the NS app or ns.nl.

CAR & PARKING

Parking at Jaarbeurs (P4). There are plenty of parking spaces.
24 EV charging points, 24 accessible spaces

Navigate to Truus van Lierlaan 1, Utrecht and check vananaarbeter.nl or Google Maps for current road works.

Buy your parking ticket online before arriving (see links below). Car parking is €31 for the day. Keep your ticket within reach and follow the instructions of traffic stewards upon arrival for smooth flow and safety.

PARK & RIDE

Use P+R Westraven, Utrecht Science Park, or Papendorp and then take public transport to Jaarbeurs. A combo ticket covers both parking and transit. Check the website of P1 for current rates.

TOUR BUSES

Organised your own tour buses? Please sign up your touring cars via this form. Enter via Truus van Lierlaan to P2 and use the rightmost barrier (widest lane). Tour bus parking is €86

TAXI & APP PICK-UP POINT

Kiss & Ride zones
Two Kiss & Ride zones are available for drop-offs and pick-ups. These zones are for quick stops only so no parking allowed. Use these locations if someone is driving you to the event or if you're using a taxi ordered via an app such as Uber and Bolt.

Need to book a taxi home after the event? Taxis can go to the taxi stand at the Croeselaan.

AT THE EVENT

EVENT BASICS

Minimum age: 18+ only. Bring a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or ID card).

NO ENTRY POLICY

Access to the event can be denied by the organization. No clothing and/or other (visible) physical appearances displaying explicit political, social movement, or club sports team affiliations. National team apparel is permitted.

MERCHANDISE

Check the brand new Supremacy Classics collection here and order your items now. Click & Collect is available on December 12th from 12:00 PM CET until the day of the event.
Home delivery is possible until January 18th

PICKUP LOCATION:

There is one Click & Collect pick-up point located at the merchandise stand. There will be a separate queue for Click & Collect.

CAN YOU BUY MERCHANDISE DIRECTLY AT THE EVENT?

Yes, it is also possible to buy your merchandise directly at the event.

CAN I STORE MY MERCHANDISE IN A LOCKER?

Yes, you can go back to your locker to store your merchandise. Lockers are located before the security checkpoint. You can access them during the event, but you'll need to go through security again.

RETURNS - EVENT PURCHASES (INCLUDING CLICK & COLLECT):

Same-day returns only, within 1 hour of purchase, in original packaging. Show your receipt or bank statement at the merchandise stand. The merchandise team processes returns at their discretion. Refunds go back to your card and may take up to 5 business days.

RETURNS - HOME DELIVERY ORDERS:

Return within 30 days after delivery. EU customers: use our online return portal. Non-EU customers: download the return form here. Returned items processed within 14 days, including refund. It is not possible to return home delivery orders at the event.

LOCKERS

Medium and large lockers will be available at the event. You can order a locker online here until January 23rd at 09:00 AM CET and get your passcode via email, or rent a locker on site during the event. Don’t worry if lockers are not available online anymore, they will still be available on site on January 24th.

Lockers are located before security. You can access them during the event, but you'll need to go through security again.

LOCKER DIMENSIONS & PRICES

  • Large: 36 x 25 x 50cm (€15 online | €17 inside)
  • Medium: 22 x 25 x 50cm (€11 online | €12 inside)

TOKENS & PAYMENTS

Buy tokens at token purchase offices using cash or card. Use tokens to buy drinks, food and other items. Merchandise can be bought using a credit or debit card.

There are no ATMs on site, so bring enough cash or use your debit/credit card at token offices. It is not possible to take out extra cash at the token offices.

RECYCLE TOKEN

We use a deposit system to keep the venue clean. You'll receive a free recycle token at the entrance.

How it works:

  1. First drink: Give your recycle coin to the bartender when ordering
  2. Next drinks: Bring your empty cup/bottle to exchange for your new drink
  3. Lost your cup: Pay 0,5 token for a replacement
  4. Leaving: Exchange your empty cup/bottle for a recycle coin at the bar

The recycle token has no monetary value and can only be used for deposits.

FOOD & DRINKS

During Supremacy there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any questions, please contact us via info@artofdance.nl

CAMERAS

Cameras, SLR's and video cameras may be taken into the event. Professional recording equipment is not permitted without a media pass. Contact press@artofdance.nl for press inquiries.

ACCESSIBILITY

Supremacy is for everyone. Here's what we've arranged for visitors with disabilities:

  • Parking: 24 accessible spaces at P4. Inform the traffic steward on arrival.
  • Entry: Use the gates on the sides (marked with a wheelchair logo) for wider access.
  • Security:  Use the gates on the sides (marked with a wheelchair logo) for wider access.
  • Lockers: Request a low locker at the desk. Pre-booked a high one? We'll swap it on-site.
  • Toilets: wheelchair accessible toilets behind the mainstage, at the VIP toilets and First Aid.

SAFETY & WELLBEING

PROTECT YOUR EARS

You only have one pair of ears, so be careful with them. Make sure you wear hearing protection at the event. We sell earplugs at the merchandise stands and freshpoints. Also don’t stand too close to the speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards.

SMOKING

It is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking area. You can find the smoking area directely at the entrance, behind the token desks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking area, you might be removed from the event.

DRUGS

The organization adheres to the local police force's drugs policy. This is a zero-tolerance policy. It means that no form of soft and/or hard drug is permitted, i.e. weed and hash are also prohibited (even with a doctor's prescription). The police will be closely monitoring the situation.

MEDICATION / PUMPING

It's allowed to bring your medication to the event if you can show a valid doctor’s prescription. If possible, please bring the medication in its original and unopened packaging.

There is also the option to store your medication safely and cooled at the First Aid station on site.
It is possible to pump from the first aid room and store it in a cool place during the event.

YOUR VALUABLES

It may sometimes occur that jewellery or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewellery and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

Look out for each other. If you see someone who doesn't look well or needs help, don't hesitate to act. First aid teams are present throughout the venue and ready to assist. Feel free to approach any crew  or security member at any time. They're here to help and will take your concerns seriously.
